Toplist images

/ Images inlinetoc

Description

In the “Toplist images” menu you can view and manage images downloaded by the Thumb grabber. Based on these images, you can create a “Thumb toplist”.

There is an alternative method to manage “Images”. Navigate to the Overview menu, click Edit icon for a desired trade and expand “Toplist images” accordion.

Manage images

In the “Toplist / Images” menu you can manage all “Images” for all trades from a single page.

Parameter Description
Add new We strongly recommend you to use Thumb grabber to download images automatically from your trades. If you prefer, you can add new images manually, but this can be time consuming. Click icon once to add a single image or multiple times to add multiple. Enter the Image path, optionally you can enter Image group (read more about it below) and click Save button.
Edit existing You can edit “Image paths” directly in the “Images” table. When you're finished with modifying, click Save button.
Delete single Click ''+ icon'' for each image you would like to delete. Images are NOT instantly deleted. You have to click Save button to proceed.
Delete multiple Check box trades from which you would like to delete all images and click Delete button. You can use Mass select in the table header to select/deselect all trades at once.

Tags with examples

Standard image

This toplist tag will print “Image path”.

 ##img:x##
Example: ##img:4## will print image path for trade ranked #4. If multiple images
exist for the respective trade, they'll be randomly rotated each time toplist is
 generated.

Image with specified position

If you have added multiple images for each trade, you can print “Image path” with a specified position, e.g. #1, #2, #3…

 ##img-x:x##
Example: ##img-3:5## will print "3rd toplist image path" for trade ranked #5. Make
sure you have at least 3 toplist images added, otherwise this example won't work
 as expected.

Image groups

Webmasters specialized in the toplist trading often add multiple “Images” for each trade. If you are one of them, you will find “Image group” very useful. With “Image group” you can (optionally) group images across trades.

Add two images (small and large) for each trade. Enter small into the Image group field for all small images and long for all long images. You can now display these two image groups (small and large) separately where you need them.

 ##image_group:img:x##
Example: ##small:img:4## will print Image path for trade ranked #4 with "Image
group" small. Make sure that image with "Image group" small for trade ranked #4
exists, otherwise this example won't work as expected.
